General
What is Dungeon Games?
Dungeon Games is a blockchain gaming studio building on-chain games powered by Dungeon Chain. Kosmic Dungeon is an idle RPG that combines classic dungeon-crawling with real ownership of heroes, gear and in-game assets.
Link to this answerWhat is Kosmic Dungeon?
Kosmic Dungeon is an idle RPG where you recruit heroes, battle across the world map, build and upgrade your city, craft gear, and explore procedurally generated dungeons. It runs in-browser and as a standalone app, with optional on-chain features. In-game roster entries and balances are not automatically NFTs or DGN.
Link to this answerHow do I play Kosmic Dungeon?
Visit play.dungeongames.io to start free in your browser, no install. Explore without signing; connect a wallet when you choose an on-chain action. Kosmic Dungeon also has its own iPhone and Android apps, linked from the homepage. Your city keeps producing while you are away.
Link to this answerIs the game free to play?
Yes. Kosmic Dungeon is completely free to play. You earn gold, gems, food, wood and stone through gameplay. On-chain features like NFT minting and marketplace trading are optional and use $DGN.
Link to this answerWhat platforms is the game available on?
Kosmic Dungeon runs in any modern browser at play.dungeongames.io. You can also play through the Dungeon Wallet mobile app on iOS and Android, which wraps the game in a native wallet. The Dungeon desktop launcher is available for Windows, macOS and Linux; native game availability varies by title.

What is Dungeon Chain?
Dungeon Chain is a sovereign layer-1 blockchain (chain ID: dungeon-1) purpose-built for gaming. It gives fast transaction finality, low fees, and native support for the smart contracts behind NFTs, marketplace listings and DAO governance.
Link to this answerWhat is the $DGN token?
$DGN is the native token of Dungeon Chain. It is used for transaction fees, staking rewards, governance voting, NFT marketplace trades and in-game premium purchases. The minimal denomination is udgn (1 DGN = 1,000,000 udgn).
Link to this answerHow do I get $DGN tokens?
You can swap USDC for DGN on Base through the official Aerodrome market, trade on the Dungeon DEX, earn DGN by staking, or earn it through in-game achievements and events. Always verify the official Base token and pool addresses before signing.
Link to this answerWhat wallet do I need?
You can use Dungeon Wallet — our official wallet, available on iOS, Android and as a Chrome extension — or the Keplr browser extension. Both support Dungeon Chain natively. Dungeon Wallet also lets you play Kosmic Dungeon directly inside the app.
Link to this answerWhat is staking and how does it work?
Staking means delegating your $DGN to a validator to help secure the network. In return you earn staking rewards. You can delegate, redelegate between validators, or undelegate, which has a 20-day unbonding period in the parameters checked on 2026-10-16. Check the current staking terms before signing.
Link to this answerAre my tokens safe when staked?
Your tokens remain yours when staked — you are delegating voting power, not transferring ownership. However, if your chosen validator misbehaves by double-signing, a small percentage may be slashed. Choose validators with high uptime and a good track record.
Link to this answerWhich bridges are live?
Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana bridges are live on dungeon-1. DGN/USDC trading is also live on Base through the official Aerodrome pool. Check the official bridge interface for current cross-chain routes before transferring assets.

What are Dungeon NFTs?
Dungeon NFTs represent in-game assets — heroes, gear and collectibles — as on-chain tokens using the CW-721 standard, the equivalent of ERC-721. Ownership is recorded by the token contract. Trading, transfer restrictions and gameplay utility depend on that contract and the game’s implemented support; not every in-game item is an NFT.
Link to this answerHow do I mint an NFT?
Use the supported mint or collection flow in your game or The Hoard. Read its exact cost and transaction review. A hero or gear entry in a save is not automatically an NFT, and available minting features can differ between game editions.
Link to this answerHow does the NFT marketplace work?
The Hoard lets players list NFTs for sale at a set price in $DGN. Buyers browse listings, view item stats and purchase directly. Every trade settles on-chain through the marketplace contract — no middleman.
Link to this answerWhat is the marketplace fee?
A small percentage is taken on each sale to support the ecosystem. The exact fee is set in the marketplace smart contract and is shown on each listing.

What kind of game is Kosmic Dungeon?
Idle RPG with heroes and battles on Dungeon Chain
Link to this answerHow do I open it from Dungeon Launcher?
Open the game from the store or library, unlock the launcher wallet when asked, then use the game’s own sign-in or start flow. The game opens in its own launcher window.
Link to this answerDoes unlocking the wallet buy access or send funds?
No. Launcher unlock enables the launch flow; it does not purchase a license, grant an invite or approve a transaction. Supported wallet connections and signatures require your approval. Read the game’s own access and transaction prompts.
Link to this answerWhere is my progress saved?
Use this game’s own save/account controls and keep the original device or browser profile until recovery is confirmed. Adding a title to the launcher library is not a backup of its save. Launcher sign-in alone does not prove this game has synchronized your progress.
Link to this answerWhat should I do if launch, progress or a purchase looks wrong?
Keep your existing profile and any save export. Note the game, release/device, account or public wallet address, exact error and approximate time. For a transaction, keep its hash and inspect its receipt before retrying. Use official support; never send a password, private key or recovery phrase.
Link to this answerWhat should I do first?
Follow the game’s first-run guidance, assemble your available heroes, clear early battles and upgrade the city. Read the next unlock requirement rather than spending scarce resources to solve an unidentified block. The in-game Game Guide is available from Settings.
Link to this answerDo I need a wallet to play outside the launcher?
The standalone web game supports its own guest/account flow. Optional blockchain features need a supported wallet and explicit approval. Dungeon Launcher separately requires wallet unlock before starting a game; that shell policy is not a claim that every gameplay action is on chain. Mobile or crypto-free editions can offer different sign-in, purchase and NFT options.
Link to this answerHow do city, heroes and battles fit together?
Recruit and equip heroes, choose a squad and use combat to progress. City buildings support resources and unlocks. Different activities can use different rules: inspect the selected activity and its team requirements rather than assuming one formation or combat mode applies everywhere.
Link to this answerAre gold, gems and every hero on-chain assets?
No. Gameplay balances and roster entries are not automatically DGN or NFTs. Only a supported, confirmed on-chain action creates or moves the corresponding chain asset. Before paying or minting, read the displayed cost, network, recipient and transaction review.
Link to this answerIs there a prestige reset?
The old prestige system was removed. Do not reset progress expecting a prestige multiplier. Follow current progression and Hero Awakening controls where available; old guides describing prestige bonuses are obsolete.
Link to this answerHow should I switch devices or recover a missing hero?
Confirm the same game account or public wallet identity on both devices and use the game’s supported save flow. Preserve the original profile/export before changing accounts or clearing storage. A missing roster entry is an ownership/save question first; changing artwork will not restore it. Include the hero name and receipt or acquisition details in a support report.
Link to this answerDoes a displayed reward guarantee a cash return?
No. Read the actual activity, eligibility, claim status and confirmed receipt. Gold, gems and other game resources differ from DGN, and DGN value and fees can change. Do not assume idle progress or an event guarantees token income.
Link to this answerGovernance
What is governance?
Governance lets $DGN stakers vote on proposals that affect the chain — parameter changes, software upgrades, community pool spending and more. Your voting power is proportional to your staked $DGN.
Link to this answerWhat are DAOs?
DAOs are on-chain groups that manage shared treasuries and make decisions through proposals and voting. Dungeon Chain supports multisig DAOs. Anyone can create one, add members and start governing.
Link to this answerHow do I create a DAO?
Open the DAOs page in the explorer and choose Create DAO. The wizard covers naming, governance type, adding members with voting weights, and voting thresholds. Deployment costs a small $DGN gas fee.
Link to this answerHow do I vote on a proposal?
Open the proposal, connect your wallet, and choose Yes, No or Abstain. Chain governance proposals require staked $DGN; DAO proposals require membership with voting power.
Link to this answerTechnical
What technology powers Dungeon Chain?
Dungeon Chain is a sovereign layer-1 running CometBFT consensus, with smart contracts executing as WebAssembly via CosmWasm. It supports IBC for cross-chain transfers with other IBC-enabled networks.
Link to this answerWhere can I inspect the chain?
The block explorer at explorer.dungeongames.io shows blocks, transactions, validators, accounts, NFTs, marketplace listings, governance proposals, DAOs and game stats. It reads directly from the Dungeon Chain RPC and REST APIs.
Link to this answerIs the code open source?
The chain itself is public at github.com/Crypto-Dungeon/dungeonchain. Contract code is verifiable on-chain — the Contracts page in the explorer lists deployed contracts and their code IDs.
Link to this answerHow do I connect my wallet?
Use Dungeon Wallet on iOS, Android or Chrome, or the Keplr browser extension. Connect from the explorer or the DEX and you can view balances, stake, vote and trade NFTs.
